Dear Friend, I have planned to serve my community as an elected official for as long as I can remember. I grew up in District 13 and have had the opportunity to live, work and volunteer here as an adult. My experience as the Governor's Director of Urban Affairs and as Policy Advisor for Health and Human Services, Workforce Development and the Women's Commission has readied me to serve our most diverse district. Nebraska is currently experiencing a surge of innovation and progress. In these opportunity-rich times it is important to have public servants in office with the vision and the ability to catapult us into our future. Now is the right time for me to offer my talents and experience. My interest always has been and continues to be to represent the voices of all in community issues.
